Girl Insta-rupted

For those that don’t know Syd’s life… so far it’s been compared to an entire season’s worth of plotlines from The Jerry Springer Show (maybe even a couple of seasons). Because her life has been full of a lot of WTF moments, she’s got a both a hilarious and heart-warming perspective of the world and everyone in it. Syd is basically the friend you can tell anything too, who won’t judge you because she’s probably been there before. Syd loves to give unprofessional life advice and she gets candid about lessons she’s learned from her life’s tragedies and triumphs. 

 

On each episode of Girl Insta-rupted, Syd will rant, interview celebrities, civilians, her closest friends and family members from all walks of life. No subject is off limits and each episode has it’s own flavor made with love, in the hopes to help you find the fun in your dysfunctions. 

 

Syd is a big advocate for mental health and always wants to spread the message that people can overcome tragedies and thrive in the wake of trauma. Syd is proud to have built a community that has helped listeners feel less alone in their pain, embrace their broken and remind them they aren’t alone in their mental health and life struggles.
